Measures: 70 Ft * 50 Ft
South to North - 70 Ft
East to West - 50 Ft
North side of the plot there is a Road.
Requirements: For rent purpose, total 10 Units
Gnd Floor: 2 Double bedroom flats and remaining for parking
I and II floors: 3 Double bedroom flats and 1 Single Bedroom Flat
Would be better if space is left for lift (for future purpose)
